PAYMENT

Checkout is designed to be a truly seamless experience for our customers. We accept debit cards and credit cards via Stripe, or payment via Paypal. Both methods are safe and easy to use.

DELIVERY

All UK orders cost £6.50. (*£3 for Shirt Tea Towel/Napkin only orders)

We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 days.

EUROPE

All EU orders cost £14. (*£7 for Shirt Tea Towel/Napkin only orders)

We use Royal Mail International Tracked.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 days.

WORLDWIDE

Non-EU orders cost £20. (*£10 for Shirt Tea Towel/Napkin only orders)

We use Royal Mail International Tracked.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 5-15 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We hope that you are happy with your order but if for some reason you want return or exchange,

You must notify us in writing of your wish to return or exchange your order any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received your order.

On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, we will get in contact to confirm the return and refund amount / item exchange.

We recommend that you insure shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.
